About
A love letter to quality
AVNX started with a clear intent. Bring more ready-to-fly add-on content to Air Manager for MSFS 2024 while setting a new standard in terms of quality. We want touch panels to look and feel like a real airplane
We are a small team based in Belgium. When we aren't in the sim, we dedicate our time and passion to building touch-friendly cockpits for MSFS 2024. What began as a hobby during a health problem battle, grew into a commitment to build clean and responsive digital cockpits.
Founded by Flight Engineer and Pete, AVNX focuses on quality over quantity. We combine years of design experience with an obsession for aviation detail to see how far we can push home cockpit immersion.
We’re easy to reach and always up for a chat. If you want to say hello, ask a question, or share feedback on a panel, drop by our Discord.

Building a product or service without solving an actual and clear identified problem, is wasted time and energy. Due to the small scale we operate within, it's of absolute importance that we allocate our limited resourced in a way that maximizes the impact of the endeavor.
To identify the need, we use a combination of our own flight simulator, design and usability experience gained throughout the years. Next to that is the community the best voice of what is required. Listening to feedback, complaints and the daily struggle users experience is an opportunity that should not be ignored.
Identify the need
Research
One of the most important parts of the process is the research behind it. After watching hundreds of hours of real-world aviation videos and reading countless of real-world aviation manuals, we can say with confidence that there is still a lot of room for progression in flight simulation.
It's always difficult to find the exact information required to build a realistic experience, and there will always be errors just by being bound to the limitations of a simulation platform. Yet we strive to get things more accurate and will keep striving for that. Quality will always a passion, never the end goal.
Concept
While our projects usually focus on the ideology of having a dual monitor setup for pilot/co-pilot, airplanes were never built to fit on a dual Full HD touch monitor setup. Therefore It's a major priority to make a usable blend between looks, real-world accuracy, and a logical and functional flow during normal flight operations.
Doing all of this within the technical limitations of both Air Manager and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 can sometimes be a challenge by itself. While this process is sometimes one of trial and error, we never get our eyes of the final goal.
Test and deploy
It's important that we use our own products. This is the best way to stumble upon usability issues and potential bugs that slipped into the project. Even while the project is still in it's early steps, we start using the product so that we can detect problems early in the build.
While we do our best to eliminate friction, we are limited by our own experience. Because we are trying to push the limits for our users, we count on your user feedback. If we want a better tomorrow, community is an important and essential cornerstone that we should honor.
Future proofing
A digital assets is comparable with a real airplane in terms of updates and maintenance. In order to stay relevant and fully operational a proper maintenance and update schedule is required.
While we build with the utmost care and use our own AVNX products to the maximum extend possible, getting user feedback is essential to keep the operation running smoothly. It's impossible to catch every minor simulator change or bug ourselves, we count on our community to point us to issue when the occur. Please send us a message in Discord, or use the contact form to give us a small nudge if you find something that is not working as expected.
We are thankful for your continued support in our endeavor.
